GStar Agent was founded by James Peng, a cross-sector entrepreneur and transformation strategist with over 20 years of experience in Asia’s most competitive industries — from medical aesthetics and digital education to consumer wellness and B2B platforms.

We work at the intersection of execution, resource integration, and high-trust strategy. We’ve built ventures, represented international institutions, and negotiated deals that scale across complex, high-context environments like China and Southeast Asia.

James Peng, as founder of CPD Global, led the Asia-Pacific expansion of the American Association of Aesthetic Medicine and Surgery (AAAMS) from 2012 to 2020.
